My role as an apprentice has given me a solid foundation in the fundamentals of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate suitability. I am committed to building on this foundation by developing my skills in sales, relationship management, and business development, which are essential to success as a recruitment consultant.

I am a natural problem-solver and thrive in fast-paced environments, where I can utilise my strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates alike.
