Paula Rogers, Founder and CEO

Paula Rogers founded Admiral Recruitment in 1995, and has steered the company through 25 years of success. 

Coming from a farming family in rural Ireland, Paula was the youngest in a family of seventeen children.

In 1989, at the age of 21, she followed her older sisters to London to begin a job within the corporate world. After five years working in the world of recruitment, she went on to establish Admiral Recruitment on her own. 

Paula is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and a great supporter of women. She appears on the Women 1st Top 100 Listing of the most inspiring and dynamic women within the UK hospitality sector, and has won numerous awards. A mother of two, Paula juggles the demands of running her thriving recruitment business with family life and she still finds time to represent Ireland internationally at Triathlon events.
