My client based just outside Guildford is seeking a Live in Sous chef to assist in the running of this very country-based pub.
A family orientated pub with all day dining options.
Working within a team of 6-8 chefs and approx. 10/12 front of house staff.
You will be required to take full control of the kitchen in your role as Sous chef including managing the stocks, ordering, staff rota’s, and specials.
The operating company is a small privately owned business with about 7 units across there estate so the opportunity for growth and development is very clear to see. A fantastic internal human resource department is there to help all the staff members to achieve their personal goals.
A business that offers 100% fresh food with bar snacks, starters, mains, and desserts.
The successful candidate will be expecting to have a 3-stage interview process which will include working a full day in one of the outlets as a trial.
